Job Description

This full-time, salaried position is not commissioned and reports to the Sales Director and serves as an ambassador for our mission while guiding our customers to their perfect product.

Provide first-class customer care and convert retail store appointments into sales. Be the roduct champion

educating customers on product options, technology services. Positively contribute to the company growth and culture through leadership, teamwork, and respect.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead one-on-one Sales appointments with our wonderful customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries (in-person, phone, email, live chat) quickly, providing assistance that generates increased online/offline sales to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Interact with customers to confirm and follow up after appointments and to help strengthen the -client relationship.

Primary Skills

  • 3+ years related work experience (must include Sales)
  • Thrive in a seasonally fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Proactive, self-motivated worker with the desire to lead and collaborate
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn

  • Any graduate
